Make sure you receive your EmailMarketer email!

Increasingly, Internet Service Providers (ISP) are using filtering systems to try and keep spam out of customers’ inboxes.

Sometimes, they accidentally filter the email that you want to receive.

In many cases you are not notified (and neither are we), that EmailMarketer email didn’t get through.

To make sure that your emails are not filtered into your “junk” or “bulk” folder, please add EmailMarketer to your list of trusted senders.

We have set up individual instructions for these Email Providers:

Yahoo!

•    Open your Yahoo mailbox.
•    Click Options (usually Upper Right Corner)
•    Click Filters (Middle Column)
•    Click Add Filter
•    In the filter name box, type EmailMarketer
•    In the top row, labeled From header, make sure contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
•    Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, enter enqu...@emailmarketer.com.au
•    At the bottom, where it says Move the message to:, select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
•    Click the Add Filter button again.

Hotmail

•    Click the Options link (upper right of screen).
•    Click on the Mail link (left column)
•    Click on Junk E-Mail Protection (first link).
•    Click on Junk E-Mail Filter (first link).
•    From the selection list, choose Enhanced, then click OK.
•    Click on Safe List. (the fifth link down from top)
•    In the space Type an address or domain:, enter www.emailmarketer.com.au
•    Click the Add button.

MSN
•    Click Help & Settings
•    Click Email Settings
•    Click on Safe List
•    In the space provided Add an item to this list, enter www.emailmarketer.com.au
•    Click  the Add button
•    In the space Type a single e-mail address (or domain):, enter enqu...@emailmarketer.com.au
•    Click Add

Gmail

•    Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.
•    Click Add Contact.
•    In the primary email address box, type enqu...@emailmarketer.com.au
•    Click Save.

Outlook

•    Add www.emailmarketer.com.au to your address book or list of contacts
•    If you can’t add an entire domain (www.emailmarketer.com.au) to your contacts list, please add the e-mail address enqu...@emailmarketer.com.au

AOL

•    Open your AOL e-mail account
•    Click “Address Book”
•    Click “Add Contact”
•    Create a contact listing for EmailMarketer with the primary e-mail address of enqu...@emailmarketer.com.au

Entourage

•    Open the email.
•    Right-click the sender’s email address.
•    Select Add to address book from the menu.
•    Verify the sender’s contact details.
•    Click Save.

AOL (version 9.0 or higher)

•    Click the Mail menu and select Address Book.
•    In the pop up box, click the Add button.
•    In the “Other E-Mail” field, type enqu...@emailmarketer.com.au
•    Make our From address the “Primary E-Mail” address by checking the associated check box.
•    Click the Save button.

AOL 8.0

•    Open the email.
•    Click Add Address.
•    Verify the sender’s contact information.
•    Click Save.

Norton AntiSpam

•    Start up Norton AntiSpam
•    Click the Status & Settings tab
•    Click AntiSpam
•    Click Configure
•    Click Allowed List tab
•    Click Add button
•    In the ‘Email Address’ box, enter enqu...@emailmarketer.com.au
•    Click OK
•    Click OK

McAfee Spamkiller

•    Click the Friends tab
•    Click Email Address tab
•    Click the Down Arrow to view your Personal Friends List
•    Along the Right Side choose Add A Friend
•    In the Address box, enter enqu...@emailmarketer.com.au
•    Click Save.
