What is a Email Send Credit?An email send credit is used each time you send an email. Our pricing is structured on a pre-pay credit system similar to a prepaid phone so you can control your costs - credits do not expire so will be active until you send that number of emails or for the lifetime of your EmailMarketer account.

What if I want to send more than 1000 emails per month?You can top-up your EmailMarketer credit balance at any time, send credits never expire so you are free to use them when you want.

Can I have more credits applied automatically applied to my account each month?Yes you can, if you regularly send more than 1000 emails per month you can arrange for additional credits to be applied to be automatically applied your account on a regular basis.

Is there a minimum contract period or any cancellation fees?No there are no lock-in contracts with EmailMarketer you can cancel your account at any time in writing within 7 days of your billing date. There are no cancellation fees.

Do I have to pay by Credit Card?No you can pay by direct debit from your cheque or savings account, simply select this payment option when signing up. Invoice terms are only available if paying for your EmailMarketer account on an annual basis.
